1.What we collect
phone number, device ID, date of birth, approximate location (to check availability), optional recovery email, and verification selfies when you change your number.
2.How we use it
to run your account, keep the community safe, and check that Crushwink is available where you live.
3.What we never do
sell your personal data, or show your recovery email on your profile.
4.Your controls
export all your data or delete your account from Account Settings at any time. Deleted accounts are permanently purged after a grace period.
5.Chat photo screening
Photos in chat are blurred until you tap (you can change this in Settings). If a photo looks explicit, we warn the sender before it's sent and keep it blurred for you, with one-tap report. To do this, photos sent in chat are checked automatically by our service provider, OpenAI, which processes each photo to give a nudity score. It helps us spot explicit photos, but it can't catch everything. OpenAI doesn't use API data to train its models and may keep it for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring.
